I have read John Maxwell’s The Winning Attitude so many times that my copy is starting to fall apart! That tells you something about me and that book – anytime I need a refresher on “attitude,” I pull out my old standby.
Michael Hyatt is an awesome man of faith and business man. His resources have been helping me to be more productive and to go forth. His recent book, Platform, contains his recommendations for having what he deems to absolutely necessary in this social media age, a platform.
Michael’s recent article on the Value of Working for a Bad Boss provides a wonderful list of the attributes of a “good boss.”
A really great book on change is Switch: How to Change Things When Change is Hard

Do Yourself a Favor…Forgive by Joyce Meyer is a book that focuses on some of the aspects of forgiveness, some of the “side issues” such as anger.
An excellent and mind expanding book by Caroline Leaf, Who Switched off My Brain? is an eye opener and excellent approach to the science behind negative thinking. Dr. Leaf is an expert on the mind-body connection and how toxic thoughts can be harmful to your health, physically, emotionally and spiritually. This is a little different than other books that deal with neuroscience – it explains how the latest breakthroughs in neuroscience prove that you can renew your mind and eliminate toxic thoughts. A fascinating read!

Joel Osteen’s recent bestselling book has me sold on its principles. So much so that I have read it three times. The book, Every Day a Friday,
